White Moon Wheat

This cloudy wheat ale is smooth and spicy- a crisp ale for summer. Inspired by the famous Belgain Wit style. Using a base of dry wheat malt extract, along with pilsner and white wheat malt, and a touch of flaked wheat and oats, creates a light and frothy wort, which needs only a bit of Sterling hops to round out this easy drinking ale.

1.045 OG, 15 IBU

It is highly recommended to use the liquid yeast strain suggested for this recipe in order to attain results appropriate to the style of beer.

Recommended yeast:

Liquid:WLP400 Belgian Wit Ale Yeast

Dry: Safbrew WB-06
