We at Valley Vintner & Brewer gauge our success by the satisfaction of customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when you receive it, any unused item in new condition may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase (shipping charges not included). If there is anything at all that you are not fully satisfied with about your order, we want to hear about it! Email us at supportATbrewabeer.com and we will make it right to the best of our ability. Please note all that perishable items, including yeast, grains/adjuncts, malt extract, hops, and all other consumable items are not eligible for the return policy as we cannot ensure their freshness for resale.
If your pacmerchandise, shipping documents, and all shipping material for possiblekage has been damaged in shipment, please retain damaged inspection by the carrier. The customer should file a claim against the carrier for reimbursement. Once you are reimbursed (usually within 7 days), we will reship your order.
We currently ship most items through FedEx. You can learn about FedEx’s claims process here. Please note that any damage or delayed package claims with FedEx MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 21 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE in order to be eligible for reimbursement.
