		<description>As you suggest, the 3711 is a good yeast for a Saison, but if you want the classic yeast flavor and profile, go for the 3724 Belgian Saison and be patient.  Oh so gratifying!  Or if you can still find it, the 3726 Farmhouse strain is amazing as well.</description>
