Description
Wheat malt, Crisp CaraMalt 15, and Simpson Caramalt 30-37 keep the malt backbone light and crispy to enhance the effects of Mosaic, a recent hop variety descended from Simcoe and Nugget.

Liquid: Wyeast 1272 American II, or Wyeast 1968 London ESB
Dry: Danstar BRY-97 West Coast
