Yorick London Mild

An enjoyable British session ale that has been on the brink of extinction since World War II. A hint of Black Patent malt melds with Crystal and Chocolate malt to form the classic brown hue and give a bit of body and slight roasted sweet flavor, which is rounded off with the traditional Fuggle hop.

1.046 OG, 28 IBU

Recommended yeast:

Liquid: Wyeast 1187 Rinwood Ale Yeast or White Labs WLP005 British Ale Yeast

Dry: Safale S-04
