Clone: Terminal Gravity IPA

A close clone from the popular brewery out of Enterprise, Oregon, using Chinook, Fuggle and East Kent Goldings hops over a base of Vienna, Munich and Crystal malts. Without gravity you couldnﾒt have terminal velocity. Some physicist would probably argue, but Iﾒm not one and hopefully you arenﾒt either!

1.060 OG, 60 IBU

This recipe requires dry hopping, which is the addition of hops to the fermented beer, usually in a secondary fermenter or keg. If you are unfamiliar with the process, consult a good home brewing book, we offer many in our store! If you do not wish to dry hop, you can add the hops at the end of the boil with any other aroma hops.

Recommended yeast:

Liquid: WLP005 British Ale Yeast

Dry: Safale S-04
