Sunset IPA

This IPA is a smooth hoppy brew meant to be enjoyed by all good beer lovers. Munich and two Crystal malts create a smooth grain character, with a bold hop profile from Amarillo, Chinook and Mt. Hood hops. This beer is sure to become a favorite!

This recipe requires dry hopping, which is the addition of hops to the fermented beer, usually in a secondary fermenter or keg. If you are unfamiliar with the process, consult a good home brewing book, we offer many in our store! If you do not wish to dry hop, you can add the hops at the end of the boil with any other aroma hops.

Recommended yeast:

Liquid: WLP001 California Ale Yeast

Dry: Safale US-05
