Scottish Ale

This higher gravity ale is heavy on malt flavor and slightly darker than amber, using Crystal, Chocolate and Wheat malts. Itﾒs rich and warming, with less bitterness from Goldings hops than most British Pale Ales or Bitters.

1.064 OG, 37 IBU

Liquid: WLP028 Edinburgh Ale Yeast

Dry: Safale S-04
