Red Square Russian Imperial Stout
This is a big rich stout, warming and alcoholic, perfect for wet & cold winter nights in Eugene. Using Roasted Barley, Crystal, Chocolate and Black Patent Malt, it is black and opaque, with both bitter and sweet flavors, enhanced with Chinook and Fuggle hops. It has a silky smooth finish and a dry, bitter aftertaste.

Making a yeast starter (as described here) is suggested to ensure the best fermentation for this high gravity beer.
