Pacific Pale Ale

This is a higher alcohol Pale Ale with hops to back it up. A classic Northwest beer recipe with Crystal, Honey and Victory malts, with a great hop flavor from Chinook and Cascade hops.

1.070 OG, 91 IBU

Making a yeast starter (as described here) is suggested to ensure the best fermentation for this high gravity beer.

Recommended yeast:

Liquid: WLP041 Pacific Ale Yeast

Dry: Safale US-05
