Organically grown version of Weyermann®'s well-modified pilsner malt.  Use as up to 100% of grist.  This is a well-modified pilsner malt that is an excellent base malt for pilsners, lagers, and ales.  We recommend doing a 90 minute boil when using pilsner malt to decrease the chances of DMS production.  1.7-2.4 L.
