Many months down the road youﾒll be glad you brewed this high alcohol, inebriating concoction. Brown, Chocolate, Crystal and Carastan malts with Malto-dextrin create a firm malt base for Centennial and Chinook hops. This is not a beer for the faint of heart!

Making a yeast starter (as described here) is suggested to ensure the best fermentation for this high gravity beer.
