This Imperial IPA has a high original gravity and an abundance of hop character supplied by 10 ounces total of Columbus, Citra, Centennial, and Chinook hops. It's like drinking two IPA's at once!

Making a yeast starter (as described here) is suggested to ensure the best fermentation for this high gravity beer.

Recommended yeast:

Liquid: Wyeast 1056 American Ale or 1450 Denny's Favorite Ale

Dry: Fermentis Safale US-05
