A rich, malty palate of CaraMunich©, Munich and Crystal malts with tangy Centennial and Goldings hops in the back leads to a dry finish packed full of Cascade hops. This is one devil of a beer!

This recipe requires dry hopping, which is the addition of hops to the fermented beer, usually in a secondary fermenter or keg. If you are unfamiliar with the process, consult a good home brewing book, we offer many in our store! If you do not wish to dry hop, you can add the hops at the end of the boil with any other aroma hops.

Recommended yeast:

Liquid: WLP001 California Ale Yeast

Dry: Safale US-05
