A clean tasting Pilsner using Rice Syrup Solids and CaraPils malt that is made more robust with Saaz, Cascade and Mt. Hood hops.

This is a lager recipe, requiring a longer and colder fermentation. If you are unfamiliar with the process, consult a good home brewing book, we offer many in our store!

Recommended yeast:

Liquid: WLP823 German Bock Lager Yeast

Dry: Saflager S-23
