Dirty Habit Tripel

The Tripel, like any Belgian style, is unique to its homeland. The high alcohol content is only perceptible in aftertaste, and is achieved with the help of Wildflower honey and Belgian Candi Sugar. Saaz and Hallertau hops play an underlying role in this powerful ale, which ages very well over time.

1.099 OG, 30 IBU

It is highly recommended to use the liquid yeast strain suggested for this recipe in order to attain results appropriate to the style of beer.

Making a yeast starter (as described here) is suggested to ensure the best fermentation for this high gravity beer.
