Dark Sleep Stout

This is a deep, dark, hearty Irish style stout using Crystal and Black Patent malt with Roasted barley and Northern Brewer hops. This makes for a sweet finish and a creamy, thick tan head. This brew is perfect by a roaring fire in the middle of winter.
