Features a unique made-for-brewing dialface with ideal temperatures for varying mash processes. Large gradations and a custom temperature scale makes this thermometer accurate and ideal for mash tuns or hot liqour tanks.

Stem protrudes approximately 2" in the brew pot for an accurate reading, but stays out of the way for stirring.
