Amnesia Old Ale
This is a stronger, slightly darker version of an English Pale Ale, hopped exclusively with Goldings. With the higher gravity comes more body and a caramel sweetness, helped along with Special Roast and Crystal malts. Old Ales age very well and their strong bitterness smoothes with time. In Britain they are sometimes described as lunatic broth or milk of amnesia!
